# The Communications (Jersey) Order 2003, Paragraph 37

In section 218 (Duty to secure the provision of a public teletext service)—
(a) omit “S4C” and “and S4C” wherever they occur; and
(b) in subsection (6)(b), after the words “United Kingdom” wherever they occur, insert “or the Bailiwick of Jersey”.
