# The Communications (Jersey) Order 2020, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Communications (Jersey) Order 2020.
(2) This Order comes into force on 1st June 2020.
(3) In this Order—
“the 2003 Act” means the Communications Act 2003;
“the 2017 Act” means the Digital Economy Act 2017.
