# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2020, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Communications (Television Licensing) Regulations 2004


For regulation 1(2) (extent) substitute—
“(2) These Regulations extend to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man except for—
(a) Schedule 2, Part 4 and regulation 3(1)(b) so far as it relates to that Part;
(b) regulations 10 and 11.”
