  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 1st May 2021.\n(2) In these Regulations, “the 2004 Regulations” means the Communications (Television Licensing) Regulations 2004.",
