# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2021, Regulation 4: Amendment of the 2004 Regulations


(1) In regulation 1(2) (extent), omit “and the Isle of Man”.
(2) After regulation 1(2) insert—
“(2A) These Regulations extend to the Isle of Man except for regulations 10 and 11.”.
