# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2024, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2024. These Regulations come into force on 31st January 2025.
(2) These Regulations extend to—
(a) England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and
(b) the Isle of Man.
