# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 1: Commencement, citation, extent and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 1st April 2006.
(2) These Regulations, except regulation 3, extend to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
(3) In these Regulations “the 2004 Regulations” means the Communications (Television Licensing) Regulations 2004.
