# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 8: Amendment of Schedule 5


In Schedule 5 (TV licence fees for hotels and hospitality areas and mobile units)—
(a) for “£42.00” in each place where it occurs substitute “£44.00”; and
(b) for “£126.50” in each place where it occurs substitute “£131.50”.
