# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 9: Savings


Schedules 1 to 3 and 5 to the 2004 Regulations shall continue to have effect without the amendments made by these Regulations in relation to any TV licence issued before 1st April 2006.
