# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2007, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 1st April 2007.
(2) These Regulations extend to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
