# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 2: Amendment of the 2004 Regulations


The Communications (Television Licensing) Regulations 2004 (“the 2004 Regulations”) are amended as set out in Regulations 3 to 6 of these Regulations.
