# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 3: Amendment of Schedule 1


In Schedule 1 (Issue fees for TV licences)—
(a) for “£45.50” in each place where it occurs substitute “£47.00”;
(b) for “£135.50” in each place where it occurs substitute “£139.50”.
