# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2009, Regulation 7: Saving and transitional provision


In relation to a TV licence issued before 1st April 2009 Schedules 1 to 5 to the 2004 Regulations continue to have effect without the amendments made by these Regulations.
