# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2010, Regulation 3: Amendment of Schedule 1


In Schedule 1 (Issue fees for TV licences)—
(a) for “£48.00” in each place where it occurs substitute “£49.00”; and
(b) for “£142.50” in each place where it occurs substitute “£145.50”.
