# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2017, Regulation 6: Amendment of Schedule 5 (TV licence fees for hotels and hospitality areas and mobile units)


(1) Schedule 5 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, in the definition of “relevant amount”—
(a) in paragraph (a) for “£49.00” substitute “£49.50”;
(b) in paragraph (b) for “£145.50” substitute “£147.00”.
(3) In paragraph 3(1)(a) for “£49.00” substitute “£49.50”.
(4) In paragraph 3(1)(b) for “£145.50” substitute “£147.00”.
