# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, Regulation 6: Amendment of Schedule 3


(1) Schedule 3 (fees for interim TV licences) is amended as follows.
(2) In the Table, in the row relating to Interim TV licence (black and white only) (not in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man), in the third column for “£4.125” substitute “£4.208”.
(3) In the Table, in the row relating to Interim TV licence (including colour) (not in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man), in the third column for “£12.25” substitute “£12.542”.
(4) In paragraph 1(5)(b) for “£147.00” substitute “£150.50”.
