# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, Regulation 7: Amendment of Schedule 5


(1) Schedule 5 (TV licence fees for hotels and hospitality areas and mobile units) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, in the definition of “relevant amount”—
(a) in paragraph (a) for “£49.50” substitute “£50.50”;
(b) in paragraph (b) for “£147.00” substitute “£150.50”.
(3) In paragraph 3(1)(a) for “£49.50” substitute “£50.50”.
(4) In paragraph 3(1)(b) for “£147.00” substitute “£150.50”.
