# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 4: Amendment of Schedule 2


(1) In Schedule 2 (fees for TV licences payable by instalments)—
(a) Part 1 (premium instalment television licence (including colour)) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2);
(b) Part 2 (budget instalment television licence (including colour)) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (3) to (9);
(c) Part 3 (easy entry television licence (including colour)) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (10) to (47);
(d) Part 4 (simple payment plan (not black and white only)) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (48) and (49).
(2) In paragraph 2(1)—
(a) for “£41.00” the first time it occurs substitute “£43.64”;
(b) for “£41.00” the second time it occurs substitute “£43.62”.
(3) In paragraph 5(1) for “2021” substitute “2024”.
