# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Regulation 4: Amendment of Schedule 2


(1) In Schedule 2 (fees for TV licences payable by instalments)—
(a) Part 1 (premium instalment television licence (including colour)) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2);
(b) Part 2 (budget instalment television licence (including colour)) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (3) to (9);
(c) Part 3 (easy entry television licence (including colour)) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (10) to (36);
(d) Part 4 (simple payment plan licence (not black and white only)) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (37) and (38).
(2) In paragraph 2(1)—
(a) for “£43.64” substitute “£44.89”;
(b) for “£43.62” substitute “£44.87”.
(3) In paragraph 5(1) for “2024” substitute “2025”.
(4) In paragraph 5 for Table 1 substitute Table 1 in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
