# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Regulation 5: Amendment of Schedule 5


(1) Schedule 5 (TV licence fees for hotels and hospitality areas and mobile units) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, in the definition of “relevant amount”—
(a) in paragraph (a) for “57.00” substitute “£58.50”;
(b) in paragraph (b) for “£169.50” substitute “£174.50”.
(3) In paragraph 3(1)(a) for “£57.00” substitute “£58.50”.
(4) In paragraph 3(1)(b) for “£169.50” substitute “£174.50”.
