Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, effect and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2026.

(2)

These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2026.

(3)

These Regulations have effect in respect of TV licences issued on or after 1st April 2026.

(4)

These Regulations extend to—

(a)

England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland,

(b)

the Channel Islands, except regulation 4(43) and (44) and Schedule 2, and

(c)

the Isle of Man.
