# The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2026, Regulation 4: Amendment of Schedule 2


(1) In Schedule 2 (fees for TV licences payable by instalments)—
(a) Part 1 (premium instalment television licence (including colour)) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2);
(b) Part 2 (budget instalment television licence (including colour)) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (3) to (9);
(c) Part 3 (easy entry television licence (including colour)) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (10) to (42);
(d) Part 4 (simple payment plan licence (not black and white only)) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (43) and (44).
(2) In paragraph 2(1)—
(a) for ““£44.89” substitute “£46.25”;
(b) for “£44.87” substitute “£46.25”.
(3) In paragraph 5(1) for “2025” substitute “2026”.
