  "text": "(1) This paragraph applies where the arrangements for making payments before the due date are entered into on or after 1st April 2026.\n(2) An issue fee and five further instalments are to be payable in respect of such a licence on the dates set out in column 1 of table 2.\n(3) Where the first payment in respect of the issue fee is made on the first day of a period of more than 5 months ending on the relevant date, the amount of each of the instalments referred to in sub-paragraph (2) shall be as set out in column 2 of table 2.\n(4) Where that payment is made on the first day of a period of more than 4 but not more than 5 months ending on the relevant date, the amount of each such instalment shall be as set out in column 3 of table 2.\n(5) Where that payment is made on the first day of a period of more than 3 but not more than 4 months ending on the relevant date, the amount of each such instalment shall be as set out in column 4 of table 2.\n(6) Where that payment is made on the first day of a period of more than 2 but not more than 3 months ending on the relevant date, the amount of each such instalment shall be as set out in column 5 of table 2.\n(7) Where that payment is made on the first day of a period of more than 1 but not more than 2 months ending on the relevant date, the amount of each such instalment shall be as set out in column 6 of table 2.\n(8) Where that payment is made on the first day of a period of not more than 1 month ending on the relevant date, the amount of each such instalment shall be as set out in column 7 of table 2.\nTable 2\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nColumn 3\nColumn 4\nColumn 5\nColumn 6\nColumn 7\nDate by which the instalment is to be paid\nAmount of instalment payment\nDate on which the licence is issued (“the issue date”)\n£105.00\n£98.20\n£90.00\n£80.00\n£67.50\n£51.45\nThe last day of the period of 1 month beginning on the day immediately following the issue date\n£15.00\n£16.36\n£18.00\n£20.00\n£22.50\n£25.71\nThe last day of the period of 2 months beginning on the day immediately following the issue date\n£15.00\n£16.36\n£18.00\n£20.00\n£22.50\n£25.71\nThe last day of the period of 3 months beginning on the day immediately following the issue date\n£15.00\n£16.36\n£18.00\n£20.00\n£22.50\n£25.71\nThe last day of the period of 4 months beginning on the day immediately following the issue date\n£15.00\n£16.36\n£18.00\n£20.00\n£22.50\n£25.71\nThe last day of the period of 5 months beginning on the day immediately following the issue date\n£15.00\n£16.36\n£18.00\n£20.00\n£22.50\n£25.71",
