# The Communications (Television Licensing) Regulations 2004, Paragraph 6


Where accommodation for residential care comprises a group of specially provided dwellings, the dwellings which satisfy the requirements of paragraph 3(4)(a) to (c) must all be dwellings which are provided or managed—
(a) under Part II of the Housing Act 1985 ;
(b) by a housing association within the meaning of the Housing Associations Act 1985 ; or
(c) by a development corporation within the meaning of the New Towns Act 1981 .
