# The Communications (Television Licensing) Regulations 2004, Paragraph 2: Type and description of TV licence


(1) This Schedule specifies the fee payable in respect of a TV licence known as a “TV licence Hospitality Area, Hotel and Mobile Units Comprehensive Form”.
(2) A licence of the type referred to in sub-paragraph (1) is a licence to install and use television receivers in a hospitality area, hotel or mobile units.
