  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations further amend the Community Bus Regulations 1986 by altering the requirements which must be met by a person driving a bus under a community bus permit.\nIt is provided that a person holding a licence to drive vehicles in category B only must, upon reaching the age of 70, comply with the medical standards applicable to a licence to drive vehicles in sub-category D1.",
