  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations increase the fee for a community bus permit granted under section 22 of the Transport Act 1985 from £53 to £55. This represents an increase of 3.8%. The fee was last increased on 1st April 2007.\nA full Impact Assessment of the effect that this instrument will have on the costs of business and the voluntary sector is available from: VOSA Corporate Office, Berkeley House, Croydon Street, Bristol, BS5 0DA. A copy of the Impact Assessment is also annexed to the Explanatory Memorandum which is available alongside the instrument on the OPSI website at www.opsi.gov.uk.",
