# The Community Bus (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations increase the fee for a community bus permit granted under section 22 of the Transport Act 1985 from £53 to £55. This represents an increase of 3.8%. The fee was last increased on 1st April 2007.
