  "text": "(1) A permit granted on or after 6th April 2009 must be granted for a period not exceeding five years.\n(2) Such a permit must contain—\n(a) the expiry date of the permit;\n(b) the name of the body to whom the permit has been granted;\n(c) the date on which the permit was granted;\n(d) the serial number of the permit;\n(e) details of any conditions imposed under section 23(3) of the 1985 Act; and\n(f) details of any applicable traffic regulation conditions.",
