Regulation 2 Amendment of the Community Care (Direct Payments) Regulations 1997

In regulation 2 of the Community Care (Direct Payments) Regulations 1997^f1 (persons to whom direct payments may be made), sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (2) shall be omitted.
