Coming into force 1st April 1997
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1)(b), (4) and (5) of the Community Care (Direct Payments) Act 1996 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
