Regulation 2 Amendment of regulations 24, 27 and 35 of the Community Charge Regulations

In regulations 24(1), 27 and 35(1) of the Community Charge Regulations (capital treated as income, capital limit and calculation of tariff income from capital) for the figure “£8,000” there shall be substituted the figure “£16,000”.
