# The Community Charge Benefits (General) Amendment Regulations 1990, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Community Charge Benefits (General) Amendment Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.
(2) In these Regulations “the General Regulations” means the Community Charge Benefits (General) Regulations 1989 .
