# The Community Charge Benefits (General) Amendment Regulations 1990, Regulation 10: Amendment of regulation 48 of the General Regulations


Regulation 48 of the General Regulations (community charge benefits taper) shall be amended by substituting “2 1/7%” for “15%”.
