# The Community Charge Benefits (General) Amendment Regulations 1990, Regulation 13: Amendment of regulation 52 of the General Regulations


Regulation 52 of the General Regulations (minimum community charge benefit) shall be amended by substituting the word “benefit” for the words “weekly amount” and by adding the words “per week” at the end.
