Regulation 20 Amendment to regulation 76 of the General Regulations

In regulation 76 of the General Regulations (time and manner of granting community charge benefit in respect of personal community charges) in paragraph (1) —

(a)

for the words “may discharge” there shall be substituted the words “shall discharge”,

(b)

for the words “or may pay” there shall be substituted the words “or, where this is not possible, shall pay”.
