Regulation 25 Amendment of regulation 84 of the General Regulations

In regulation 84 of the General Regulations (recoverable excess benefit) after paragraph (3) the following paragraph shall be added —

“(4)

Paragraph (2) shall not apply with respect to excess benefits to which regulation 83(a) to (c) refers.”.
