# The Community Charge Benefits (General) Amendment Regulations 1990, Regulation 3: Amendment of regulation 4 of the General Regulations


In regulation 4(2) of the General Regulations (persons of prescribed description) there shall be added at the end the words “or to a person who is receiving advanced education within the meaning of regulation 12(2) of the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987 (relevant education).”
