# The Community Charge Benefits (General) Amendment Regulations 1990, Regulation 32: Amendment of Schedule 5 to the General Regulations


In Schedule 5 to the General Regulations (matters to be included in notices of determination) for paragraph 9(a) there shall be substituted —
“(a) the weekly amount of payments in respect of a personal community charge or any collective community charge contributions.”.
