Regulation 5 Amendment of regulation 25 of the General Regulations

Regulation 25 of the General Regulations (notional income) shall be amended —

(a)

in paragraph (3) after the words “the Macfarlane Trust” there shall be inserted the words “, the Macfarlane (Special Payments) Trust”;

(b)

in paragraph (4) for the words “the first Monday in April in that year” there shall be substituted the words “either 1st April or the first Monday in April in that year whichever date the appropriate authority shall select to apply in its area.”.
