Regulation 8 Amendment of regulation 41 of the General Regulations

In regulation 41 of the General Regulations (disregard of student’s covenant and grant income) —

(a)

for the words “only if and to the extent that,” there shall be substituted the words “to the extent that”;

(b)

for the amount “£5” there shall be substituted the amount “£10”.
