Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Community Charge Benefits (Permitted Total) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.

(2)

In this Order—

“community charge benefits” means community charge benefits under Part II of the Social Security Act 1986^f1;
“the Community Charge Benefits Regulations” means the Community Charge Benefits (General) Regulations 1989^f2.
