# The Community Design Regulations 2005, Regulation 5A: Application to Scotland and Northern Ireland

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) In the application of these Regulations to Scotland—
“accounts” means count, reckoning and payment;
“claimant” means pursuer;
“declaration” means “declarator”;
“defendant” means defender;
“delivery up” means delivery;
“injunction” means interdict.
(2) In the application of these Regulations to Northern Ireland, “claimant” includes plaintiff.
