  "heading": "Duty to maintain list",
  "text": "(1) Each local authority must establish and maintain a list of persons who make a request to it under section 109(1).\n(2) The list may be established and maintained by the local authority in such form as the authority thinks fit.\n(3) The duty to maintain a list under subsection (1) includes a duty to remove from the list—\n(a) the name of any person—\n(i) whose request under section 109(1) is agreed to, or\n(ii) who withdraws such a request before it is agreed to, and\n(b) any other information relating to any such person.",
