  "text": "Community Infrastructure Levy, England And Wales\nMade 24th April 2013\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nA draft of these Regulations has been laid before the House of Commons in accordance with section 222(2)(b) of the Planning Act 2008.\nAccordingly, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 206(6), 209(5), 216A, 216B, 217(5), 220(1) and 222(1) of the Planning Act 2008, and with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations:",
