# The Community Infrastructure Levy (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 11: Amendment to Part 11 – planning obligations


In regulation 123(4) (further limitations on use of planning obligations) in paragraph (a) of the definition of “relevant infrastructure” after “wholly or partly funded by CIL” insert “(other than CIL to which regulation 59E or 59F applies)”.
