# The Community Infrastructure Levy (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 12: Transitional provision: neighbourhood funding


Regulation 8(3) to (5) does not apply in relation to a development if, before the date these Regulations come into force, a liability notice was issued in relation to that development in accordance with regulation 65.
