# The Community Infrastructure Levy (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 13: Amendment to Part 12 – Miscellaneous and transitional provisions


In regulation 128A, for paragraph (4) substitute—
“(4) For the purpose of calculating Y, for the definition of “relevant charging schedules” in regulation 40(11) substitute—
“relevant charging schedules” means the charging schedules which are in effect—
(i) at the time B was granted, and
(ii) in the area in which the development will be situated;””
