  "heading": "Withdrawal of a draft charging schedule",
  "text": "Where a charging authority withdraws a draft charging schedule under section 212(11) of PA 2008 it must, as soon as practicable after it is withdrawn—\n(a) publish a statement of that fact on its website;\n(b) give notice of that fact by local advertisement;\n(c) notify any person that was invited to make representations on the draft charging schedule of that fact; and\n(d) remove from its website and from the places at which they were made available any copies, documents, evidence and statements made available or published under regulation 16(1)(a) or (b).",
