  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend Schedule 2 to the Access to Justice Act 1999 in order to provide that:\n(i) the provision of advocacy in respect of certain immigration proceedings may be funded as part of the Community Legal Service; and\n(ii) advocacy in respect of proceedings under the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 which are to be funded as part of the Criminal Defence Service is excluded from such funding.",
